now read carefully following tips............. 1.first of all backup your rpl via mxkey.
2. erase with mxkey..
3. download rm-496 from navifirm 4. flash with rm-496
5. restore only npc from backup
6. write pm from working phone
7. do simlock repair
8. restore rf bb from server via sx4.
if any problem continue from step 5

How to check that in software or Hardware?
Follow this steps.........
check sl data is ok and also security area is ok
like this
SIMLOCK seems to be valid SUPERDONGLE_KEY seems to be valid SIMLOCK_TEST passed SECURITY_TEST passed
do self tests then check 12&13 section is passed or failed if Failed change AVILMA is work 100% 22&44 section showing this error make Camera On Stand By Problem just write Dynamic Camera Configuration File (DCC)
